1. General Policy

All subscription purchases are final once an account has been activated. Because our Service provides immediate access to digital streaming content, refunds are not available after activation.

We strongly encourage you to use our Try 1 Month before purchasing.

2. Eligible Exceptions

2.1 Extended Service Outage

If TvEver experiences a verified outage affecting your account for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may receive a pro-rata credit.

2.2 Duplicate Charge

Duplicate charges due to technical error will be refunded in full within 5-10 business days.
