Welcome to TvEver ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://tvever.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

TvEver provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorized device per subscription.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in Scandinavia, to create an account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

• All prices are in EUR.
• Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Exceptions apply only for verified service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours or confirmed duplicate charges. Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not share, resell, or redistribute your credentials.
• Do not use automated tools to access the Service.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or DRM.

6. Device Limitation

Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time via IBO Player exclusively.

7. Service Availability

TvEver strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of respective rights holders. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal viewing only.

9. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
